SCL International College is not taking any responsibility for visa refusals. All guidance needs to be provided by appropriate Embassy. All our students are responsible for conducting their own research prior to visa application to ensure they comply with the latest processes and procedures.

To use public transport in London, you will need to purchase your own travel card or oyster card at dedicated shops. Our team members can provide you with more information prior to your arrival or once you are with us. Catering
To guarantee smooth and good quality service, please inform us about dietary requirements right prior to your catering booking. Our catering services need to be booked separately. Any special requests must be made with at least 3 working days via email at admission@sclinternationalcollege.com
Alternatively, you can buy your meal directly at the canteen once you are in house.

Lessons
Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 12:20 and 12:30 to 13:15.
Monday to Friday – 9:00 – 12:20 and 13:30 to 15:15.
Reduction of Lessons
Opening Hours
School closures dates for academic year 2023/24 are: 16 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. We are closed 2 consecutive weeks per year and this information will be updated in our student booking terms & conditions annually.
Cancellations
No refunds or credits can be considered after the start of your course.
In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to deliver your course online.
Loss or Damage
It is an expressed condition of the booking that the Company is relieved of liability for loss or damage to valuables left in bedrooms, on the premises or in motorized transport. This extends to loss or damage of motorized transport left in SCL International College premises.

SCL International College is not liable for loss of tuition or other services due to factors outside our control. Refunds will not be made under these circumstances.
Complaints
If you have a problem whilst you are in the school, let us know immediately so we can help you. The complaints procedure is detailed in the Student Handbook. Complaints can only be accepted during the time you are attending the school and not after you have completed your course. Alternatively, contact us at admission@sclinternationalcollege.com.
Conduct
For your own benefit and the benefit of your fellow students, you are expected to always speak English and behave respectfully to other students, staff, and accommodation providers. In a multi-national environment, it is vital to respect cultural, racial, and religious differences.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PATHWAY PROGRAMMES
In this document we use terms such as: ‘student/s’ ‘you’ ‘your/s’ ‘yourself’ which refer to ‘you’ as a student.
Please note that students will need to meet some of the Terms and Conditions before being able to take up their place at SCL.
These Terms and Conditions are reviewed on an annual basis. If it is agreed at some future point that a student may defer their entry, these Terms and Conditions will apply until they are replaced by a new set of Terms and Conditions that will apply for the new year of entry. Those revised Terms and Conditions will then govern the student’s relationship with SCL until they are no longer enrolled at SCL. Those Terms and Conditions may be different to the current ones and will be provided before a student takes up their deferred place at SCL

Your offer
In order to be considered for a place on SCL International Pathway Programmes applicants must complete an application for one of the academic routes available.
For applicants’ eligibility to be assessed, certain documents must be submitted electronically as part of the application form. Failure to submit sufficient documents or incorrect documents will result in a delay in a decision being made and may result in an application being rejected.
Entry criteria for the SCL Pathway Programmes will be published annually on the SCL International College website (https://staycampuslondon.com/university-pathway-courses/) SCL International College reserves the right to amend the entry criteria for the Programme (for new applicants) at any time and applicants are strongly advised to check the website prior to applying.
Where an applicant’s qualifications are not published on the IFP website, the application will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Each application will be considered on its own merits.
